SEIU Local 2 represents approximately 280 employees of Arterra working at 46 Wine Rack stores across the Greater Toronto Area. The members are wine merchants – they know their wines and help customers choose the right one for the occasion. They also keep the shelves stocked and work the cash register.
The Local also represents employees at Arterra labs in the Niagara Region. Those members do chemical analysis and microbiology testing on wine, and they also inspect the components used for the bottling of wine.
